– take the road signposted as SS131DCN, and head towards Nuoro for around 37 km
– take the exit for Posada, then join the road signposted as “SS125” (continue for around 40 km to reach Orosei)
From Alghero (airport of Alghero) and from the port of Porto Torres, distance around 175 km:
– join the road signposted as SS131, follow the signs for Nuoro
– after Macomer, join the road signposted as SS129 and head towards Nuoro for around 36 km
– take the road signposted as “SS131 bis” and head towards Nuoro for around 28 km
– take the exit for Lula-Bitti-Dorgali-Galtellì-Oliena and follow the signs for Galtellì-Orosei
From Cagliari (airport of Cagliari), distance around 217 km:
– travel along the road signposted as SS131 heading towards Nuoro for around 120 km
– near Abbasanta, join the road signposted as SS131DCN, heading towards Nuoro
– take the exit for Lula-Bitti-Dorgali-Galtellì-Oliena and follow the signs for Galtellì-Orosei
From Arbatax, distance around 88 km:
– travel along the road signposted SS 125 heading towards Dorgali-Orosei or
– travel along the road signposted as SS198, follow the signs for Nuoro
– pass through Lanusei and join the road signposted as SS389
– travel along it for around 60km and then exit and head towards Nuoro – Dorgali – Oliena
– continue towards Dorgali until joining the road signposted as SP129 towards Orosei
